Guesthouse Policies & Disclaimers
At Koup Guesthouse, we believe in creating a peaceful retreat where the Karoo's quietness is the only noise you hear. To ensure a seamless stay, please review the following terms:
• A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable once the guesthouse is occupied.
• Cancellations made at least 1 week prior to arrival are free of charge. However, any cancellation within 7 days of your booking will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• All bookings are strictly self-catering. While we offer a fully equipped kitchen and indoor braai facilities, we do not provide catering services. Please reach out via WhatsApp to request special arrangements.
• We are a pet-friendly community, but all pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Please respect the quiet and restful atmosphere of our guesthouse.
• We provide a complimentary bag of Karoo wood for every guest to start your fire and enjoy the true Karoo spirit.
